We only guarantee plants to our door. Plants are living organisms and require a lot of work, not only that but environmental factors also play a huge part in the plants growth. Such as, soil, insects, over or under-watering , not being fed fertilizer, wildlife, disease, etc. We can only control that when plants are here at our store.We are always here to help if you have questions on plants and what to do to help them.
